The Emergency Educational Grant program provides financial assistance to children of deceased or totally disabled Elks, who wish to obtain or further their college education.

Emergency Education Grants - Help for Elks’ Families

The program is open to any prospective applicant residing in California or Hawaii, who is an American Citizen, planning to pursue an eligible vocational/technical (voc/tech) course, has a supplemental (or above) high school or preparatory school level certification–a high school diploma or equivalent is not required.
